Definitions and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkluck platform and all its services. The definitions listed below are used throughout this document.
1.1 Key Definitions
- "Platform" — refers to the pkluck website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
- "Member" or "User" — any person who accesses services through a registered account on pkluck.
- "Services" — sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports, and other gaming features available on pkluck.
- "Account Balance" — the real money amount held in a user's account, not including any bonus balance.
- "Bonus" — an additional amount granted by pkluck under specific conditions, which cannot be withdrawn directly.

These Terms apply to all members using pkluck from Bangladesh. Accessing the platform or using any of its services means the member has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The platform cannot be used if these Terms are not accepted.
Account Registration
A valid personal account is required to use services on pkluck. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided at the time of registration.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will all be closed.
- The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
- To update any information after registration, contact the support team and complete the required verification.
2.2 Login Credential Security
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. pkluck will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with others or from a cybersecurity breach. Any suspicious activity should be reported to our support team immediately.
Age Verification
pkluck takes a firm stance against minors participating in gaming. If the age declared at registration is under 21, the account will not be approved.
3.1 Verification Process
- pkluck may at any time request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, etc.) to verify a member's age.
- If age verification is not completed within the required timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.
- If registration is completed with a false age, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
User Responsibilities
All members must follow the code of conduct described below while using the pkluck platform. These rules are in place to ensure the platform runs fairly and to protect the interests of all members.
4.1 Permitted Use
- The platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes only.
- Bets must be placed from your own account — placing bets on behalf of others or as part of a professional syndicate is prohibited.
- The use of software bots, scripts, or automated programs on the pkluck system is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing bonus offers or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is not allowed.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to another member's account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Specific rules must be followed for depositing and withdrawing funds on pkluck. All financial transactions must be completed through verified payment methods.
5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
pkluck currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank can be used.
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods).
- Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Members must complete KYC (identity verification) before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
5.3 Transaction Cancellation and Holds
pkluck reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction and request additional information in cases of suspicious financial activity, incomplete verification, or a breach of these Terms.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses offered on pkluck are subject to specific conditions. A bonus is not a cash gift — it is a benefit that becomes withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirements are met.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
6.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonus balance and real balance are managed separately.
- Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Attempting to earn bonuses by exploiting the system or by other prohibited means may result in the account being closed.
6.3 VIP Program and Cashback
pkluck's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% for Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games on pkluck.
7.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless pkluck acknowledges an error.
- If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, pkluck will make the final decision regarding that bet.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pkluck reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected bets.
7.2 Slots and Casino Games
- All slots and casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which makes every outcome completely random.
- Game results are not predetermined and do not depend on previous rounds.

7.3 Anti-Match Fixing Policy
pkluck is committed to protecting the integrity of sport. If any member is found to be involved in match fixing, use of insider information, or betting manipulation, their account will be permanently closed.
Account Suspension and Closure
pkluck reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account in the situations listed below.
8.1 Grounds for Suspension
- If any clause of the Terms is violated.
- If age or identity verification is not completed.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent financial transactions.
- If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
A member who wishes to close their account must contact the support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed — any remaining bonus balance will be cancelled once the account is closed.
